Baltic Coffee Company needed a commercial space that could do double duty as a working coffee roastery and an inviting retail storefront — and that is exactly what this 30×70 building delivers. Swiss Construction built it with 2×6 stud-framed, fully insulated walls and a 6/12 roof pitch, giving the space the energy efficiency and clean, finished look a year-round retail business depends on. Inside, warm wood shelving, bright windows, and an open floor plan keep the roaster and the product front and center, while a 12-inch overhang and durable exterior keep the building looking sharp from the street.
